Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC)

In class you will be introduced to all the exam tasks, learn many exam techniques and complete plenty of past and sample exam papers. You will also work on your grammar and vocabulary, improve your speaking, reading, listening and writing and also focus on formal English. At the end of your course you will take a mock exam and afterwards you will receive detailed feedback with tips for further self-study.

Minimum level of English: B1 (Intermediate). This course is taken in conjunction with the standard course. Businesses, government agencies and other public and private organizations accept TOEIC scores.

ACET is an authorised TOEIC Listening & Reading test centre.

Who is Teaching

My name is Patrick and I have been teaching at ACET since 2013. I have been an English teacher for four years and previously taught in Ecuador, Canada and Australia. I love teaching because it gives me the opportunity to meet so many interesting people and learn about an array of cultures and places. I enjoy all sports especially cycling, running and Capoeira - a Brazilian martial art. If I need to relax I like reading, cooking and gardening.

My name is Camille and I have been a teacher and teacher trainer since 2002. During that time I have been lucky enough to work in amazing countries such as Spain and Brazil. In class I like to engage the students in interesting activities and encourage them to be independant learners. I love travelling, cinema and football and spending time with my twin toddlers.
