ACET offers tailor-made closed group courses for students.

Our course is built to suit requests and can be for any length of time and include as many lessons as required. 

Students’ Accommodation

Clients are accommodated on the basis of two clients sharing a room in a homestay, on a full board basis with breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal.  Houses are located in good residential areas close to Cork city centre.

Leaders’ Accommodation

Leaders are accommodated in a single room in a homestay on a full board basis with breakfast, packed lunch and an evening meal.

English Tuition

Lessons focus on the productive skills of speaking and writing as well as the receptive skills of listening and reading. Clients practice and improve their communication skills through stimulating activities in a lively classroom environment and through Cork City Interactive Quizzes.

Course Objectives

Be able to speak with greater confidence and fluency with an increased vocabulary

Have developed listening, reading and writing skills

Have a greater understanding of the grammatical structure of English
