Clients can choose any number of hours to suit their specific needs. Courses start every Monday and continue for any number of weeks. Clients complete a detailed needs analysis questionnaire. This helps us to design an appropriate course for each client with his or her individual needs and objectives in mind. We can cover areas such as telephoning, discussions, conducting meetings, making presentations, dealing with facts and figures, interviewing and negotiating.
