International Language Testing System (IELTS)

In class you will be introduced to all the exam tasks, learn many exam techniques and complete plenty of past and sample exam papers. You will also work on your grammar and vocabulary, improve your speaking, reading, listening and writing and also focus on formal English. At the end of your course you will take a mock exam and afterwards you will receive detailed feedback with tips for further self-study.

English speaking universities favour IELTS as an English language assessment. Our IELTS preparation team are experienced, dedicated and focused on ensuring our students achieve the necessary IELTS score.

This course is taken in conjunction with the standard course.

Cork is a lovely city with kind people, despite the lockdown I have enjoyed a nice and natural environment. I recommend going to visit all the parks, The English Market, Blarney Stone, Blackrock Castle Observatory and some Cathedrals. I have been to class with three ACET teachers and the classes are very productive, professional and fun. I can really say I have improved my English a lot thanks to them. Ireland is a good choose to learn English because it is very safe country, there are many young people, many job opportunities and they have Euro.
